Hello my new Altruria family!! I hope everyone is enjoying their summer break:0) My name is Amber Combs. I have been teaching kindergarten for the past ten years, but I am very excited to start my first year at Altruria teaching first grade!! I have been married to my amazing husband Steven for ten years and we now have 3 handsome boys!! Thank you so much for all the love you have already shown me and I look forward to getting to know everyone very soon.

A message from our new 4th grade co-teacher:

My name is Mandy Moore; this will be my 7th year teaching. I’ve taught Special Education Kindergarten through 5th grade, and this will be my first year co-teaching. I graduated from Western Kentucky University with my Bachelors in Special Education and from Arkansas State University with my Masters in Educational Theory and Practice. I’ve been married to my husband for 7 years, and we have a 2 year old little girl. In my spare time, I love to paint, read, hang out with friends, and spend time with my family. I attended Altruria as a student, and I’m so excited to return as a teacher!

A message from Coach Spicer:

My name is Colton Spicer. I graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in Physical Education. I enjoy hunting, fishing, and playing different sports. Looking forward to being at Altruria!
