SchoolCash Online

January 18, 2022
BCS Families,
We are excited to announce the launch of SchoolCash Online, an online payment system that allows parents to pay for student fees and various school items. SchoolCash Online and GoFan is now our preferred method of payment moving forward (school nutrition online payments will continue with Titan).
SchoolCash Online is a free tool that helps parents and families pay school-related fees safely, quickly, and easily. Teachers and coaches, who have field trips, pizza days, athletic fees, or any other items for students to purchase, will be able to post them on SchoolCash Online for parents to see and make their payment. By using SchoolCash Online, with no fee for you, you help increase efficiency and security for your child and their school. This also allows your child’s school to save considerable time when planning, processing, and handling cash payments. No more collecting checks and counting cash! Registered parents will also receive a notification when any item becomes available for purchase for their child.
Our site is now live and ready for you to register! Registration takes less than two minutes by visiting https://bartlettschools.schoolcashonline.com and clicking Register to get started. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact the SchoolCash Online parent help desk by
visiting schoolcashonline.com/Home/Support.
Thank you for your support!

Congratulations, Altruria!

Altruria Elementary School has been selected as an RTI2-B Model of Demonstration School—Silver Level for 2021-2022. There are over 1,800 schools across the state of Tennessee and each year a small percentage of schools meet criteria to be selected as an RTI2-B Model of Demonstration School. As an RTI2-B Model of Demonstration School—Silver Level for 2021-2022, Altruria Elementary School can now serve as a RTI2-B mentor to other schools across Tennessee.

What is RTI2-B?
RTI2-B framework is a process for implementing a positive and proactive behavioral system for all students. The RTI2-B framework consists of identifying common behavioral expectations across campus, teaching, re-teaching, reinforcing, and regularly acknowledging students, faculty, and families for exhibiting these expectations.

What does this mean?
Altruria Elementary School has applied this framework to improve their school climate and culture, student engagement, and school connectedness. In meeting this award criteria, Altruria Elementary School demonstrated use of school-wide behavioral data to inform teaching practices and levels of support provided to students based on need. Twice a year, they also reflected on overall fidelity to guide their implementation of the RTI2-B framework.
