2020 - 2021 School Year

IF PARENTS CANNOT PICK UP AT THESE TIMES THEYCAN SCHEDULE A TIME WITH THE TECH TEAM(THRU THEIR TEACHER) TO PICK UP THEIR DEVICES. PLEASE BRING A CRATE OR BOX AS THERE ARE SEVERAL ITEMS TO BE PICKED UP!

Parents,
We know you are excited for the new year and we are, too! Class lists will be posted in the front windows of the school later this afternoon.

Please keep these things in mind when you come find out who your child’s teacher will be…

- Please wear a mask when coming to check the lists
- If there are others present, always make sure to keep 6ft of social distance from those that don’t live in your home
- Placements may be different than requests to accommodate virtual students and in-person students

Please remember!
- There are no bad teachers at Altruria
- Your attitude sets the tone for the year, help get your child excited

On each teacher’s list, you will find a qr code to scan with your cell phone camera for a fun, virtual teacher reveal!

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

All new students must sign up for a date and time for a phone appointment on the link below.

Once an appointment has been scheduled, our Attendance Operator, Cindy Gingery, will send you an Enrollment Form to be completed and returned before your appointment. You will need to attach and send the following documents and proofs back with the Enrollment Form.

Required Documents:
Certified Birth Certificate(not mother's copy)
Social Security Card
TN Immunization Record w/ proof of physical
Two Proofs of Residency from the list below

Acceptable Proofs of Residency
Most recent MLG&W bill (no cut-off notices or Bartlett water bills)
Current mortgage statement or deed of the homeowner
Lease of the lessee of the home
Rental agreement of the renter of the home
Current real-estate tax receipt of the homeowner
Current public assistance/government benefits check, card, or papers

As we all navigate through these unprecedented times due to the effect of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Altruria Track Team will be cancelled for the Fall semester. Our main focus continues to be on the health and safety of every student.
