AES Spring Registration for the 2015-16 School Year will be March 26
On March 26, 2015 from 4:30-7:00pm, currently enrolled students who are zoned for AES may enroll for the 2015-16 school year.
Who can participate?
Currently enrolled students, including Shared Residence students, who are zoned for AES may participate in Spring Registration.
Newly approved non-resident students may participate in Spring Registration (They must have their approval letters).
What documentation will be required?
Parent(s) guardian (s) must provide two (2) proofs of residence
Parent (s) guardian (s) of new students must complete the demographics form and a records release/request form.
Each approved Non-Resident must bring the approval letter.
New students must also provide the following information:
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Proof of recent medical examination
TN Department of Health Immunization Certificate
Kindergarten Students must be 5 years old on or before August 15, 2015, and the following items must be provided:
Certified copy of Birth Certificate
Proof of recent medical examination
Tennessee Department of Health Immunization Certificate with proof of a physical exam within 12 months prior to enrollment.
Social Security Card
